Stain On White Vinyl Flooring?
Okay, this is tough to explain and I have a pic that I can e-mail if it helps. I have white, white vinyl floors in my kitchen. The lady that lived here before me put them in.. I plan on getting tile installed but it’s going to be a while… The problem: around my fridge I have these weird organish/brown stains. They sort of look like scruff marks. I’ve tried everything and can not get them off (by everything I mean your typical cleaner products for floors.) I have also tried a white eraser but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

Spray the stains with some WD-40 spray , let is soak then wipe up with a soft cloth…
cascade dishwashin liquid. pour it on n let it dry”4 hours”, wet a spong n use the scrubby side. cascade in the sink over night also takes out stains better than bleach
It is probably water marks caused by the tray on the bottom of the fridge, and when the fridge was moved, it came out. A couple of things to try, White vinegar, WD40, bleach, Goo-off. CLR, navel jelly (be careful with this, leave it on to long, and it will eat your floor) paint thinner (mineral spirits) there are other things out there, and if you go to your local hardware store, and ask they can help. Don’t go to places like Home Depot, or Lowes, but like an Ace Hardware, they know better what they are talking about.
you can quit trying because most likely it will not come out……….
lot of times in vinyl flooring when people scuff the flooring, over time build-up or dirt and grime slowly eases its way under the scratches between the layers of the floor causing the vinyl to discolor………..seen it at least 200 times……..sorry to say it but if paint thinner will not get if off nothing will……………
