How Do I Remove Ink Pen From A Vinyl Floor?
My 2 year old wrote on my kitchen floor with a ball point pen. I tried bleach, windex, and a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Nothing even remotely removed the stain.

Removing Ink From Vinyl Flooring
Warning
Whatever you do, stay away from ammonia. Ammonia may seem like a strong agent that will get anything up. However, it won’t clean up a mess without leaving destruction behind. Using ammonia will cause discoloration to your vinyl flooring, and it may even cause it to thin out.
Approach
Instead of the harsh products you may think will get the job done, go for a softer approach. Take a soft cloth and dab on some WD-40. Gently rub the stained portion of the vinyl flooring until the ink rubs away.
Finish Up
After you are done cleaning up the ink, you now want to wipe away any excess WD-40. Therefore, take another soft cloth that has been rinsed in soapy water and wipe the entire area clean.
Try:
1. Rubbing Alcohol (worked for me)
2. Hairspray
3. Nail Polish Remover
4. Goo-Gone
Always test a small, inconspicuous area before trying any product to be use your floor can tolerate the treatment.
get a small can of ‘Goof Off’ it removes paint and the like. try it on a small back corner of your floor though because it may not be good for your particular flooring.. It can be used on almost anything.
Try acetone (nail-polish remover).
Try Goof off & the green scrubby side of a sponge.=)
