I think you’re right on the mark with trying the cascade paste. I bet that might work, but be careful it doesn’t eat through the vinyl… I got Hair dye on my bathroom floor and I removed it with Vim bleach formula, you could try that too.
Try a Mr. Clean Magic eraser. If that dosent work, you may want to go to a home improvement store that sells vinyl flooring and talk to some one in that department. Chances are though, you may need to replace the vinyl, especially if it’s an old floor.
try vinager and water see if that works.if not baking soda and water make a paste with it and scrub on floor see if that works if not don’t know what to tell you one of them should work.
