I would recommend sanding it off with a hand held sander, and if their is any remaining residue, you may want to try blotting a little acetone on it. Good luck.
Lightly use a scraper & some undiluted washing up liquid.
you can get a tool ..carpet fitters use them ..that has a handle and a head that takes a wide stanley type blade ..it Willl remove it very easily and wil leave it smooth and clean
try white spirit by rubbing or fairy liquid again by rubbing with it a cloth old piece of towelling is best if its thick try to peel using a paint stripper knife you have to try to get under it so spirit can work
Acetone or any alcohol based spirits does the trick.
You can buy a silicon sealant remover product from DIY stores but if its just a little try a window scraper (the sort you use for removing paint from glass)
pick and peel. a glue solveant might help- go to the hardware store and ask. test a spot to make sure the solveant doesnt remove the finish from the floor.
just pick it off or use hot water and lightly scrap
