Can You Install Vinyl Flooring Without Glue?

Author: I’m renting an apartment, and as a student I can’t afford anything great. The place I found is nice over all, but the bathroom is.. blah.
I’ve fixed the caulking around the tub, but the flooring is REALLY bugging me. However, installing new flooring could result in my loosing my damage deposit.
Since the floor is already beat up I’m not worried about having to nail or anything, but glue would mean there’d be no way to take the flooring back up.
Is this even worth doing? I know it won’t be correct, but will it work well enough
How Can I Get Nail Polish Out Of The Carpet Without Bleaching It?
I live in a dorm room & I spilled nail polish on our cheap-o carpet. I heard that using nail polish remover will bleach the carpet. If I don’t get this up, I get a huge cleaning fine… and I would rather get it out myself.
Any suggestions?

Is There A Floor That A Dog Can Pee On Without It Messing It Up?
I am wanting to get new floors in my house b/c my dog has frequent accidents and I have carpet now. I want to know what is the best floor that if a dog does pee, and it stays for a while it wont mess it up. I thought mabey bamboo I just really dont know. Help

What Is The Best Way To Clean A Carpet Without A Carpet Cleaning Machine?
Ok. As aweful of a person as this makes me sound, I godda do it. My life has been SO busy for like the past week, and I haven’t had much time to spend with my puppies. They have made my craft room their unofficial litter box (in a remote area of the house). Upon finding what they had been doing, I shut them out of that room. I don’t have a carpet machine, and was wondering what thee best way to clean up the mess would be…it’s pretty bad. I’ve already picked up what I could.

How Can I Make My Carpet Look New Without It Getting Professionally Cleaned?
I recently got my room repainted, and did some redecorating, but kept the same old carpet, after being wide-eyed at the cost to get it replaced. It’s in the bedroom, and a sort of barbie pink. I’m 14, by the way.
It’s had it’s wear and tear: cat puke, hamster pee, etc. I can’t afford to get it professionally cleaned, and it’s starting to look horrible.

Any Way Of Cleaning A Hallway Without A Carpet Cleaner?
I just had my carpets cleaned and the hallway is already dirty from my coming in from skateboarding on asphalt. Any suggestions on cleaning them again by myself without hiring or renting a carpet cleaner?
