What Could I Cover My Rats Cage With?

Author: my rats live in a wired mesh cage and a little bit of it is covered with garden bamboo so there feet dont go through the holes, but i dont have enough to cover the whole cage, like the flooring. will and old t shirt work?
What Type Of Flooring To Look For?
We are remodeling our bathroom. We are unsure of what kind of flooring to put in. We were going to put tile in, until we noticed that the floor is not very level, so we are afraid of the tiles lifting. So then we thought linoleum, but we want the floor to hold up and not look cheap. So would vinyl flooring be the way to go? And are there different grades of vinyl?
What Is The Best Way To Paint Vinyl Flooring For A Quick Fix?
We are buying a 5,000 sq ft house and are having to pay a lot of money to put down new carpeting. Eventually, I will put hardwood in the kitchen/ dining areas. But, I will need to wait 6 months to a year. The vinyl is the roll kind, not tiles. The “loud” black & white checks and very distracting with my decor. I just want to paint it brown. I need a cheap quick fix that doesn’t have to last but a few months. Can I use latex? Has anyone had success with this?
What Wall Color With The Following:?
I have a small bedroom, 10′x14′, which will be used as an office with lots of pine furniture and has a bamboo style laminate floor. I will be repainting the walls and would like to go with a burgundy color as I have seen some (few) pictures with these together and they seem elegant.
I tried a nice medium green and the color was great and worked well with the pine, but it didn’t give the office feel I was looking for.
Does anyone have any specific color suggestions (and why) especially along the burgundy/maroon color. If you can link me to any pictures that would be 10 times better!
What Can I Add To Carpet Cleaner To Get Rid Of Stains And Odor?
I’m having trouble getting my synthetic/ nylon/ poly carpet clean looking. I can’t afford to replace the carpet right now. Is there a product that will freshen, deep clean, and remove stains either by itself or added to regular supermarket carpet cleaning solution?
Replacing A Disgusting Carpet, What Material Should I Use?
Our livingroom carpet has seen around 10 dogs that weren’t housebroken, two episodes of whipworm, dog vomit, dirty diapers, baby spit up, formula, a variety of food and about 30 gallons of water from a leaking aquarium. It’s a very tightly woven commercial type carpet of a light color that is absolutely NOT standing up to heavy traffic. To make matters worse it wasn’t installed properly and is wearing in areas without a threshhold.
We have a hardwood floor in our Diningroom/Kitchen (10×20) that I absolutely hate. Not only is it a yellow color that won’t even go with a neutral paint, it too was not installed properly and is warping, etc.
We want a non-carpet floor to cover our livingroom, diningroom, kitchen and hallway. I have heard good and bad things about bamboo, hard wood and laminate flooring. What would you recommend for a very high traffic area, small kids and dogs? We’d like something that will last and not cost a small fortune to put in. The total area (for the sake of a nice round number) is around 600 square feet.
Any brands that are better than others would be great. I’d love something that we can install ourselves.
Also, is there anyway to “recycle” the current wood floor?

I’m Going To Tile My Basement. The Existing Vinyl Floor (c.1960) Is Impossible To Remove. What Do I Do?
The subfloor is a concrete slab. The floor is covered as follows: 50% untreated. 25% painted. 25% covered with old old old vinyl with black goo to stick it to the concrete.

What Is The Best Type Of Carpet To Buy If You Have Dogs?
I have berber and it’s miserable, traffic stains every week. My dachshund is also a digger and has easily dug 2 holes in different areas. Although when the dogs shed you can barely see it in the carpet.
I also have a rug in the living room that attracts dog hair and is almost possible to clean up.
What is the best type to buy next time? Something thick? What color disguises traffic dirt and dog hair?
What Kind Of Carpet For The Bed Room?
I need a new carpet for my room and I want to know what TYPE of carpet is best for a bedroom setting. I just want it to look smooth and feel good and squishy if I were to lay on it. Not scratchy and hard.
