I Dunno If My Hardwood Floor Is Rotting?…what Do I Do About These Pinhead-sized Black Spot/clusters On Floor?

Author: It looks like they’re surrounded by areas that have become discolored, almost like they’re perpetually wet, like the light wood floor is now a shade of damp brown color. This is kinda around the edges of the wood where they’re adjacent to the other hardwood plank.
I live in an apartment. Is this serious enough of an issue to call the manager/facilities staff to replace the hardwood floor, or at least take a look at it?
I hope it’s not fungal spores, and that I could become sick from it. It’s right near my dining room table.
Oh, and these black spotty spore-things appeared on the stalks of my potted bamboo plant a few months ago. So I threw it out. It was gross. I didn’t know what it was, but they had appeared.

How Can You Remove A Yellow Stain From A Vinyl Floor?
You know how floors get that yellow stain from rubber backed rugs? Is there a product that will remove or lesson the stain?
Does Anyone Know How To Remove Stains From A Vinyl Floor?
I think its a rust stain from the water, its right beside the bathtub. Its kind of Orange in color. Also a hair dye stain right in the middle of the floor. I have tried 409 and Brillo pads but no luck. Any help out there? Thanks in advance.

Are Vinyl Floor Tiles A Good Choice?
I am putting in a new kitchen floor and I was thinking of doing vinyl floor tiles, are these a good floor choice? Also, can you grout between the tiles if you want a more ceramic tiled look?

Cleaning My Vinyl Floor In The Bathroom?
I have a light bluish/brown stain that appeared one day on both sides of my toilet. It looks like something has leaked out of the toilet, but it hasn’t. I don’t use blue tablets in my toilet so I don’t know what is causing the stain. I have tried cleaning it by mopping, but it hasn’t helped.
