What Color Goes Best With A Dark Blue Carpet?

Author: I have a dark blue carpet in my entire apt. but i dont know what color to paint my walls.I want a warm color. I am not going to change the carpet but I would like colors to match it. It is a large space. I have a den, living room, and dinning room (they are all somewhat connected) and i would like to have different colors that blend nicely.

What Color To Paint Or Stain Interior Doors And Trim?
I’m in a major renovation in my house, and I’m looking for advice on what to with the new floor and crown moulding, and the door trim. Also, the doors are unfinished, and I’m uncertain whether to paint them (and what color!), or whether to stain them. My rooms are all neutral colors (light tans/sand colors.)
Also, the floors are carbonized bamboo, a medium brown shade, not the lighter natural color. Thanks
Is It Possible To Restore Color To A Carpet With Dye?
the house I am buying has nice chocolate brown carpet in the front room but one small area about 12″ square looks like someone spilled bleach on it. The color is faded almost to white. Any idea how to fix this? I can’t really afford to put new carpet in.

How Do You Get Your Carpet Back To It Original Color?
I have a carpet run and under that is the original color. Everywhere else surrounding it is really dark. I want to remove the run but then it looks awful. Is there anything i can do to make it look better.
What Color Should I Paint The Trim In My Kitchen, Black Maybe?
This is for the kitchen…We are going to paint the walls a rich tan called “cashmere”. The cabinets are being stained a deep red cherry color and the floors are bamboo that have the same color as the cabinets as well as dark striations in it. We are looking at doing a corian counter top with a beige theme. All the appliances are black.
The kitchen is large and open and the flooring is going into the adjacent room that will be painted a chocolate color, this is a game room/family room and it is also very large.
So the question is, what do you think about painting the trim in the kitchen BLACK? we really want some input on this. the rest of the house has cashmere paint and WHITE trim. The family room will be chocolate with white trim. we have been debating every aspect of this kitchen for months and it is getting tiresome.
We have brushed nickle hardware if that means anything to you and lots of windows.

Is There Such A Color For Vinyl Flooring That Is Lime Green And Hot Pink?
Color names are chosen to make colors more desirable, and vary from company to company and product to product. These days, there’s not much call for lime green and hot pink, so they tend to call them other things like tranquil green and trembling rose (these are just examples made up off the top of my head, just as most color names are just made up someone). So yes, it’s out there, it just has a different name. Don’t trust color names. So far I have found three different distributors with three distinctly different colors called Linen White.

What Color Should I Paint My Basement And What Type Of Carpet Goes Good In The Basement?
I am in the process of getting my basement finish. I would like to know what color should i paint the walls and what type of carpet would go well. I was thinking of like a slate blue for the walls and gray/blue berber carpet. tell me what you think. Or should i just go with the safe white walls beige carpet? you can find a color. If there’s a particular one that you like, feel free to include the name or number.
(The paint we’ll use will most likely be AFM Safecoat, but they don’t have any colors on their website)
