Twilight Themed Bathroom?
So I am a big fan of the Twilight Saga, and would like to do my bathroom in a very subtle Twilight theme, such as red, black, and white details. I don’t want it to be cheesy like posters, or figurines, just a little touch only Twilight fans would notice.
My bathroom is all white! I have white bamboo flooring, half wall white tiles, and white paint above that. I have a standup clear shower, as well as a separate extra deep white tub with a window behind it.
And suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Here are some pics of my bathroom now:http://i722.photobucket.com/albums/ww222…http://i722.photobucket.com/albums/ww222…http://i722.photobucket.com/albums/ww222…
I’m Putting In A Vinyl Floor In My Bathroom.?
Can I get away without removing the toilet and bath (which has claw feet, not a panel)? Will the floor look ok if the vinyl is cut round these?
Do I Have To Remove The Toilet To Put Down Laminate Flooring In The Bathroom?
Right now there’s vinyl flooring there and I want to put down this laminate that looks like stone. I just don’t know if I have to remove the toilet to put it in or do I cut around it and caulk? I want it to look as professional as possible. I just don’t want it to scream “AMATEUR”.
To Install Vinyl Floors In A Bathroom Would I Need To Remove The Toilet?
I purchased 12×12 vinyl squares for my bathroom. I’m installing it over old lanolium. Will it look really bad if I DONT remove the toilet to install it? I am 5 feet tall, petite and not very strong so I don’t think I could get the toilet off by myself!
Will Vinyl Floor Tiles Or Lino Adhere Ok To Ceramic Tiles In The Bathroom?
I’ve bought a house with a tiled bathroom floor and they’re really dirty as the previous owners glued carpet to them! I was wondering if I could cover them up with vinyl floor tiles or lino but am concerned it won’t stick properly. Anyone got any ideas on this?
Remodeling Bathroom Flooring. Ceramic Tile To Vinyl?
I’ve removed the ceramic tile, but haven’t prepared the floor for vinyl tile, yet. Would it be better to fill in with the ceramic cement, or sand smooth and install plywood first, for level surface.
What Is A Healthy Floor Covering (not Vinyl) For A Bathroom Floor In A Mobile Home With Partical Board Floors?
I have a 1999 Fleetwood Mobile Home and I want to put a new floor cover in my bathroom. I do not want to use Vinyl, because the chemicals it is said to “put off” into the air, but I am unsure if I can use tile because of the flex and because of the weight. I pulled up some of the vinyl flooring that I have and found particle board underneath. What are my best “healthy flooring” choices?
I Have A Floor To Ceiling Hot Water Pipe In My Bathroom And I Want To Wrap It With Bamboo. Anyone Know How?
I saw threads about doing this on apartmenttherapy.com but I couldnt find any pictures of it done. If anyone knows a) where to get the bamboo to do this b) how I do it and c) where I can view pictures of completed projects involving this that would be great. Thanks!
Bathroom Floors: Tiles Or Vinyl Flooring, Which Is Safest? More Slippery? Leak Less?
We have a large bathroom which also serves as a clothes washing room–washer and dryer, bathtub-shower combination, and a toilet. Which is safer/better for the FLOOR: vinyl or tiles? Right now we have vinyl flooring. It is somewhat slippery when wet. What about tiles, are they more slippery? We are on the 3rd floor. Do tiles leak? I’m thinking the cement stuff will eventually leak, especially if the wash machine over flows or something. We never had leaking with the large vinyl floor we now have. Cost is not a concern–lots of sales going on right now! Thanks for any input!
Is Installing Vinyl Flooring In Bathroom A Good Idea?
will the tiles start to get loose, destroyed, and stuff when they could be expose to water since it is a bathroom with a tub in it. so water might come out and such.
