Author: If you have a beauty supply store, like Sallys, the is a product by Revlon called Clean Touch Haircolor Stain Remover for about $3.00. This stuff is great because it takes hair dye off of anything, doesn’t do any damage and works fast. You can even use it on your skin where the dye stains and it doesn’t burn.

Anyone Have Problems With Domco Vinyl Floor W/ Wood Look?
We’re considering getting Congoleum in the wood floor look because friends of ours have had theirs for 8 yrs. and it looks awesome. We ran across the Domco vinyl floor w/ the wood look and like it better because it comes in a wide plank version. Anyone have experience w/ Domco wood vinyl?
Need A Completely Plain Vinyl Floor – Anyone Know Brands?
I’m looking for sheet or tile vinyl for a bathroom, good quality, that comes in completely plain colours, i.e. no marbling or patterns. Anyone know brand names or examples of this?

Anyone Heard Of Hawa Bamboo Co.?
We are going to install bamboo floors in our condo.
Lumber liquidators has several cheaper brands, but our contractor works with Hawa bamboo. I couldn’t find any reviews of their product
Does Anyone Have Any Good Tips For Getting A Mildew Smell Out Of My Carpet?
We steam cleaned our carpet a few months back, and didn’t realize it at the time, but our carpet machine was malfunctioning, and lost it’s suction. The next day, we realized that the carpet was still pretty damp, and because it took so long to dry, it started smelling like mildew. Kinda like when laundry sits in the wash for too long. Well after a couple of weeks, the smell finally disappeared, but then my husband cleaned the carpet again yesterday, and today I am starting to notice that same smell again! He rented a professional machine this time, so I don’t know what’s causing this smell to come back again. The carpet is less than two years old, and in very good condition. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Anyone Tried Growing Lumber Bamboo In The Usa?
In east Asia, bamboo is frequently used to replace wood timber. Since it grows about 100 times faster (100ft tall culms optimally can grow in one year) it is a much more environmentally friendly way to provide certain “wood” products like flooring, fencing, etc. Is it all imported or does anyone know of any attempt to grow it commercially here in the US?
I’m Thinking Of Putting Bamboo Floors In My Bathrooms. Does Anyone Know If They Would Work Well In A Bathroom?
bamboo flooring is essentially bamboo material veneer applied to engineered flooring. It will be durable and handle the occasional wet spot well. Be careful with the slip factor though.
