Help Decorating/rearranging Room!?

Author: I’m redecorating/rearranging my room, and I had a few questions.
We’re putting in new floors, so the ugly blue carpet will be replaced with a dark hardwood floor. (This is not my room, but this is what the floors will look like: http://img214.imageshack.us/img214/2552/…
I’m tired of the way my room is arranged now, and I was thinking about moving things around since it will all have to be moved anyways for the floor to be put in.

(I’ll eventually paint the room a really light beige color. Also, my bed spread is very old, and I’m trying to look for one that will go with my theme. There was a perfect silk comforter at Target, but I don’t think they’re carrying it anymore. The windows are going to repainted, and bamboo blinds will be put in. My screen doors on the closet are painted blue, but will be removed, and my dad and I were thinking about putting bamboo there instead-like blinds or a curtain)
Please let me know what you think, or if you have suggestions/ideas/plans throw them out there! ^^
Whats The Best Sealant To Use For Flooring?
I’ve had vinyl flooring put in my room but would like to seal the edges to the wall, what sealant should i use? someone suggested i use decorators cauk but im uncertain..

How Easy Is It To Put Vinyl Tile In Bathroom?
Hi, I live in vegas, and my bathrooms vinyl floor is looking nasty, its stained, how easy is it to remove and then replace? The bathroom is small, its about 8 feet by 9 feet, its the smallest one in the house can I do it myself without much experience? I found good price one its 12×12 inch square each vinyl square and looks so nice, it as the sticky back, but ZI believe under the old vinyl is concrete.
Inexpensive Replacement For Old Carpet That’s Also Green And Healthful?
Our carpeting is 13 yrs old. It started out “oatmeal” varigated in color, but despite regular vacuuming and paying to have the floors power cleaned, it looks horrible and everyone’s a bit worried what could be living under it…eek! We all know we need a replacement (the whole house, likely, but money’s *more* than tight.
Does anyone know of any product, esp. green, esp. easy to clean *super well*—maybe carpet alternatives with some “cush”/”spring” to the step (the alternate to carpet padding) to help tame the pain that would come with very hard floors? We live in the southwest–I’ve read bamboo is mostly termite free, esp. when impregnated with boron. But really, money’s the “make it or break it” point. Suggestions? So many thank yous: )

How Much Does In Cost To Replace Carpet In A 15×15 Bedroom?
The bedroom is about 15×15 and probably needs the carpet and padding replaced. What is a general price range to have someone do this?
How Do You Fix A Gouge In A Vinyl Floor?
I have a small gouge from moving a piece of furniture, about the size of a quarter.
Canine Separation Anxiety – I Have Never Seen It This Bad. I Am At A Loss.?
I have trained dogs for many years and I trained my own service dog to boot. He does 55 commands, so although I don’t know everything, I have a pretty good clue with dogs.
I adopted a Shepherd from our local dog pound some 2 weeks after he had been found, on last Friday. Nobody claimed him. I went in and saw him during the week so he knew me.
He has attached himself to me alarmingly too much.
At first, I took him around town and today I left and came back to a broken front screen where he went through our window. A neighbor found him running back and forth in front of the house looking for us. She opened her van (like ours) and he went right in.
He was in a state of panic. Tonight I returned again and he pooped, tore blinds off, broke a bamboo room divider down, glasses all over the floor because he was on our counters, and he must have had an awful time. Back door open the entire time and he could have gone out.
I love him already. I fear he’s been terribly abused. more below

Can You Use Bleach In A Carpet Cleaner?
I have a carpet cleaner & I was wondering if instead of putting the cleaner in it to clean my bedroom carpets if I could use just bleach w/ the hott water? My carpets are almost a white color but are stained pretty bad thanx to a dog we used to have. I was wanting to clean it all & sanatize it & thought that would be a good wayy to do it.. Let me know what everyone thinks. Thanx!
How Do I Get The Purple Plumbing Sealant Stain From My Vinyl Floor?
I hired a plumber to install some new PVC piping in my bathroom.. while doing the job he dripped some of the purple sealant on the floor… is there anything that can remove it?
