Fairy liquid neat, put a drop in each stain and rub it in with a soft toothbrush, let it soak for an hour and rinse with damp cloth.
If you have a wet carpet cleaner (the type without brush), after the stains have been soaking, don’t rinse, use the cleaner filled with only water, it’ll draw the dirt and soap much better than the cloth.
you could try this take baby wipes & glass cleaner. Wipe the baby wipe on it really good then get a damp cloth and spray the glass cleaner on it then keep blotting, you might have to repeat it a few times to get it all out depends on how much it has gone into the fibres
Or my mechanic says brake cleaner takes it out, though I have never tried that but he says it works.
